Destroyed Battle Droids

Recipe and picture by Bryan Stoyle

Any customizer who seems to be down in money but still wants to customize will be happy to know that there is finally a way to get two customs out of one figure, instead of the other way around.

These two are fairly simple. I bought a shot Battle Droid and just cut it in half with an X-acto. But it didn't look right so I added some wires.

Damage Detail

These are very thin electrical wires that were obviously cut to size, then glued on and painted gloss black. Seems simple enough? HA! You try keeping the wires balanced on the droid's torso while the superglue is drying!

In the end you get 1) a lower half of a Battle Droid that can be seen as the Queen escapes Naboo, and 2) the torso of a Battle Droid that Jar Jar unintentionally used as a weapon in the final battle.
